Developed software for an embedded linux computer that acted as a gateway between the company's flagship wearable epilepsy diagnostic device and the cloud.

Architected the asynchronous logic that balances between:

  • Forwarding commands from the cloud to the wearable device
  • Orchestrating over-the-air updates for the device
  • Offloading sensor data from the wearable device
  • Parsing, Pre-processing, and filtering the raw sensor data from the wearable device into a standardised format
  • Uploading the processed data to the cloud for the analytics pipelines to run
